There is a lot of speculation going around the Real Estate world. With the lessons from past years, it would appear that sellers are the preferred parties when it comes to the climate of the current market, but is that really the case?
As the law of supply and demand would have us know, there really is no seller without a buyer and vice versa.
When it comes to Real Estate, the only fact that matters is that the customer is happy at both ends, as a buyer and as a seller. As my years of experience as a REALTOR have taught be, a happy seller almost unequivocally means a happy buyer.
If you are in the process of or even considering selling your home, you should know that this is the perfect time to go all-in. There is a very steady stream of buyers waiting to jump on a nice opportunity and, with the right Real Estate agent by your side, you will end up incredibly happy that you did.
But what if you are a buyer? Well, I have excellent news for you as well!
The amount of properties being listed is growing every day and you would be wise to keep a keen eye because, while they are wonderful, they are not permanent. If anything, you as a buyer have become wiser and with the advent of technology and the internet, you can now make research that would have previously taken an insurmountable amount of time in just a few hours, maybe even just a few minutes.
It really does not matter where you stand on this equation, what matters is that you take action, because the current market is ripe with opportunities for you, so long as you take them.
I used to say that it didn’t matter what kind of climate existed at the time, it was always a buyer’s market. This applies now, definitely, because it does not matter if the seller is motivated or not, with the right offer, any listing could be yours for the taking.
We won’t go deep into the mechanics of how to choose the perfect home for you, -I have numerous articles in this very blog that will help you with that! – but you should definitely know that I have seen a very large amount of demand for the kinds of listings that are currently becoming popular. Right house, right neighborhood, right price and right seller, so I would encourage you to keep an eye on my listings, as those are pretty much the only kinds of listings that I work with!
